Creating Relationships and Value in Electrical Services

It is important for REB Electric to create value for our customers. This is not a simple task in this very active and competitive marketplace.

How can REB Electric stand out to create long-lasting relationships and value to its customers?

We are blessed to have a strong base of loyal customers. Some of our customers have worked with Rob for the 35+ years he’s been an electrician. Both Rob and Erika work every day to create relationships with our customers. We also strive to earn the trust and confidence our customers place in us.

Just as each project is different from the last, each customer holds their own concept of value.

REB Electric wants to help our customers succeed.
We always go the extra mile to provide our customers with whatever it takes to make their life easier. We…

  • listen to our customer’s needs
  • ask pertinent questions, listen to your ideas
  • collaborate to find the best solutions
  • endeavor to create a relationship with each one of our customers.

What kind of relationship? Does it really matter?

A relationship happens with two people – not a person and company – a person and another person. We show our customers that we are human and we are interested in more than their electrical project, we are interested in them!

Rob will put himself into the shoes of the customer to understand what the challenges are that caused the customer to call REB Electric.

He works very hard to understand the perspective of the customer and always recommends what he would do in his own home as a solution to the challenge.

A customer last week found out Erika is human and makes mistakes. Erika was with one of her bookkeeping clients when a new customer to REB Electric called to make a service call appointment. Erika wrote all the information down in her notebook but didn’t transfer that information to the schedule. The customer called an hour after Rob was supposed to be at their house to see if he was still coming. Thank you to this customer who was very polite and patient when Rob showed up two hours later than the scheduled time of 5:30 pm.

YES, relationships do matter.

Real relationships are formed when we help our customers succeed. When our customers succeed, we’ve added value to their lives.

Both Rob and Erika appreciate that trust placed in REB Electric and your referrals speak volumes to us!

Our schedule fills up quickly, but we will always try our best to make time for our loyal customers and their electrical needs.
